How mobile blood collection works
You send a request. We contact you to talk through your needs and confirm a time.
We come to you, collect your sample, and deliver it to the lab.
Submitting a request does not book an appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until Vein GPS contacts you.
Lab orders
Most draws need a lab order from your provider. Have it ready when we contact you.
No order? Direct Access Testing lets you self-pay for certain labs without a provider order. Ask us if it fits your needs.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a lab order?
Yes, in most cases. Bring or send the order from your provider. If you do not have one, ask us about Direct Access Testing, where you can self-pay for certain labs without a provider order.
Is my appointment booked when I submit the form?
No. The form is a request only. Your appointment is not confirmed until Vein GPS contacts you and confirms the time.
How much is the travel fee?
The mobile convenience fee is $85 and covers up to 25 miles. Beyond 25 miles, it is $1.25 per mile. We confirm the total with you before your visit.
Can you collect my specialty lab kit?
We collect specialty kits such as Rupa Health and others. Tell us which kit you have in your request so we can confirm it before your visit.
Do you work with children?
Yes. We offer gentle, child-friendly collections. Share your child's age in the request so we can plan the visit.
Can I get a same-day draw?
Same-day requests are possible Monday to Friday mornings (7 AM to 11 AM) when the schedule allows, with a $10 same-day fee. They are limited and not guaranteed, so call us for the fastest answer.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 11 AM. After 5:30 PM is by appointment only. Visits outside normal hours carry a $10 fee.
What should I NOT send through the website?
Please do not send medical records, lab results, Social Security numbers, or other private health details through the form. We will talk through anything further by phone.
