What does collection cost?
The mobile collection fee is $95 for DOT and $85 for non-DOT. Lab testing is charged separately, and we include it in your quote.
How are visits with several employees priced?
We price multi-employee visits based on travel time, specimen drop-off, and how many employees are scheduled. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
Can you come to our workplace?
Yes. You can request on-site collection at your location. We confirm availability and timing when we contact you.
Do you handle random and post-accident collections?
You can request these in your inquiry. We cannot promise an immediate response for every request, so call us right away for time-sensitive needs.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 11 AM. After 5:30 PM is by appointment only. Tell us what works for your team in your inquiry.
Should I send employee names or results through the form?
No. Please do not send employee names, Social Security numbers, drug-test results, or other sensitive information through the website. We will arrange details directly with you.
