It's simple — you book an appointment, and I come to your home, office, or facility with everything needed to draw your blood. Most visits take just 10–15 minutes. Your specimens are then transported to your provider's preferred lab (Quest, Labcorp, etc.) the same day.
Yes! Lab work is billed to your insurance just like a traditional lab visit. You only pay the $85 mobile convenience fee out of pocket, which covers travel up to 25 miles. Total pricing is always confirmed before your appointment — no surprises.
You're not alone — many of my patients feel the same way. I use a gentle technique, butterfly needles, and numbing wipes when needed. I'll walk you through every step, go at your pace, and make sure you're comfortable before we start. Most patients say it was much easier than they expected.
Absolutely. I have specialized pediatric protocols including butterfly needles for smaller veins, numbing wipes, and distraction techniques. I take extra time with kids to make sure they feel safe and calm. Appointments for children typically take about 20 minutes.
I serve Greenville, Pitt County, and surrounding areas within a 60-mile radius. Travel up to 25 miles is included in the base fee. Beyond 25 miles, there's a small $1.25/mile surcharge that's confirmed before booking.
For most lab work, yes — your provider sends the order and I handle the collection. However, I also offer Direct Access Testing through Rupa Health, which lets you order your own labs without a provider order. That's self-pay only.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for standard appointments. However, I do offer same-day and STAT collection for urgent needs — I can typically respond within 1–2 hours during working hours for an additional $10 fee. Call or text to check availability.
Monday & Wednesday: 1 PM – 4 PM. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM. Saturday & Sunday: By appointment. I also offer early morning and evening slots for an additional $10 fee when you need flexibility outside standard hours.
